    • Guests visit my booth at their own pace.

    • Either I (or my assistant) will take their reference photo in the order they arrive.

    • Guests can collect their illustration before leaving — it’s always a fun moment of surprise and delight!

    After the Event

    • If I don’t finish everyone on-site, I’ll use the reference photos captured during the event to complete the remaining portraits in my studio.

    • Once finished, I’ll package them beautifully and deliver them to you or directly to your guests (based on your preference).
