Mandala Art
The term mandala comes from “mandal” which means “circle” in the Sanskrit language.
Mandalas generally have one identifiable center point, from which an array of symbols, shapes and forms emanate. They can contain both geometric and organic forms.
They can also contain recognizable images that carry meaning for the person who is creating it. In essence, mandalas represent the connection between our inner worlds and outer reality.

My goal for teaching mandala art is to open up each person to the magic of creation and intuition that lies within.
Creating art has healed and empowered me. I am filled with ecstasy while creating. My paintings are a creative expression of my passion for nature, color, and my ancient Indian cultural heritage.
For me, mandalas open the doorway into the symbolic language of the soul.

Mindful Mandala Workshop
This mindful mandala class will teach you how to unwind through creative expression using an ancient form of meditation.
Each participant joins the workshop as an individual, while the mandala binds the group together, as we all work together to have each individual artist reveal a beautiful, meditative, and radiant mandala. It will heal or enhance the creator's relationship with creativity, and reveal their capacity to make visible symbols of their awakened states of consciousness.
It will help them explore their inner-self through simple mandala designs using easy patterns.
Unlike other art forms, this session is not about the finished product, it is about the journey, the flow, and the process.
