Before the Event

• We’ll finalize your chosen style (mini portraits or fashion illustration), your estimated guest count, and any personalized add-ons.

• I’ll coordinate with you or your planner to confirm setup needs and event flow, so everything runs smoothly.

During the Event

• Guests visit my booth at their own pace.

• Either I (or my assistant) will take their reference photo in the order they arrive.

• I illustrate each guest live, displaying the finished pieces at my table for everyone to enjoy as they walk by.

• Guests can collect their illustration before leaving — it’s always a fun moment of surprise and delight!

After the Event

• If I don’t finish everyone on-site, I’ll use the reference photos captured during the event to complete the remaining portraits in my studio.

• Once finished, I’ll package them beautifully and deliver them to you or directly to your guests (based on your preference).
