Invitations & Stationery Design

  • I. LET’S CHAT

    2-4 business days

    I take the time to listen to your story and vision and to work with you or your wedding planner throughout the process. I start with an in person meeting or a phone call to kick off the process.

    II. IDEAS

    5-6 business days

    Mood boards and sketches are a great way to visually communicate your personal style. My design style is elegant, soft, romantic, and delicate. Send me your Pinterest board and share your vision by filling out this form.

    After we chat, I will provide you with a proposal round with options and estimates.

    III. DESIGN AND COLLABORATION

    1-2 weeks

    Once we start working together, I will send you preliminary designs and sketches. I will then go through up to 5 rounds of client comment and focused design refinement. This part of the process is critical: adapting the design based on your feedback is the best way to ensure that I have captured your vision and that you will love your finished invitations. I am committed to working with you until you are completely satisfied.

    IV. PRODUCTION

    4-5 weeks

    Once you sign off on the final digital proofs, I will begin the production process. No changes will be possible after the proofs have been approved by you verbally or in writing.

    After I receive the invitations from the printer, I will inspect them carefully to ensure the highest quality. When all checks have been passed, a beautiful final product will be shipped directly to you!

    V. INVESTMENT

    My custom invitation suites are created with passion, care, and the utmost attention to detail. The design is collaborative, one-of-a-kind, the materials are sourced ethically, and your final invitations are assembled by hand. Due to the customized nature of the product, I cannot offer exchanges or refunds of any kind.

    The average investment is $1,200. It could vary depending upon your choice of items and materials. I require a 50% deposit to begin work; the final payment is due upon design approval.

    A minimum investment for Mansi Yaduka’s custom artful invitation suite is $600.

    As soon as you book the venue and dates, please contact me to create your save the dates at least 8-9 months prior to your wedding date.

    LOCAL WEDDING INVITATIONS

    Create & order your invitation 5 to 6 months prior to your wedding date.

    6 to 7 months for domestic destination wedding

    7 to 8 months for international destination weddings

    Mail them out 2-4 months in advance.

    DAY-OF STATIONERY

    Create & order your day-of stationery 2 months prior to your wedding date.

    I advice contacting me as soon as possible so that I can book your slot in the design queue and ensure we get you the dream wedding creatives for your big day!

  • Custom orders can take approximately 4 to 8 weeks depending on the pieces and printing techniques. I recommend that you begin the order process as early as possible to ensure that your invitations are ready in plenty of time

  • When determining how many invitations you will need, be sure to account for addresses rather than individuals. Additional reprints are costly after your design is approved and printed, it is best to determine your needed quantity and then add 20% extra for last minute additions and keepsakes.

  • Do you have an idea of what you would like your wedding paper goods to look like?

    You can create Pinterest boards, they are very helpful in understanding your vision.

    You can choose the type of paper quality and texture.

    You can add your favorite color palette through your wedding paper goods.

    You can capture your wedding theme or aesthetic through the illustrations.

    You can request me to add a custom illustrated map of the venue, couple's portrait, or family portrait with your pet.

    You can have your own wedding logo, which you can use to customize many other goods.

Live Guest Illustration

  • It is recommended to book my appointment as soon as possible because I confirm bookings months in advance. To give you a range, 4 to 9 months would be a great time to contact me.

  • Yes! I would love to travel to your beautiful locations anywhere in the world! An additional travel fee might be applied to locations outside of Baltimore.

  • You can add the bride & groom’s names, guests names, event date, venue name in handwritten calligraphy or as printed stickers.

    You can even request any custom venue or floral details to be added in the background.

    All custom details except for the guest names will be added ahead of your event day to ensure timely delivery on the day-of.

  • It depends on the package that you have selected. If you have hired me to paint for 3-5 hours on site, I will finish the painting and give it to you at the end of the event. If you have hired me for longer than 5 hours, I will paint live up to a maximum of 7 hours on-site and finish the rest in my art studio.

  • Yes, I bring all of my painting supplies with me.

    All I require from my clients is to provide me with a table and 2 chairs in a decent spot at the venue, not too much in the way of the guests but close enough that the guests can enjoy watching me paint. A 6 foot table is appreciated, but I am flexible with the size of the table.

    If it is an outdoor event, I would appreciate a tent/roof over me to protect the artwork from any possible damage. I am flexible with moving my set-up to another location.

  • I use many art supplies to paint your beautiful guests! Some of them are high quality watercolor papers, watercolor paints, water-soluble markers and color pencils.

  • It is possible to add-on paper sleeves or frames. I can even get custom handbags for the frames to be carried in.
