It is recommended to book my appointment as soon as possible because I confirm bookings months in advance. To give you a range, 4 to 9 months would be a great time to contact me. However, feel free to reach out at any point during your planning process to check availability.

Yes! I would love to travel to your beautiful locations anywhere in the world! An additional travel fee might be applied to locations outside of Baltimore.

You can create Pinterest boards, they are very helpful in understanding your vision.
You can add your favorite color palette.
You can capture your wedding venue, landscape or cityscape.
You can request me to add custom elements from your love story.
Sky is the limit while you have me as your artist.

It depends on the package that you have selected. If you have hired me to paint for 3-5 hours on site, I will finish the painting and give it to you at the end of the event. If you have hired me for longer than 5 hours, I will paint live upto a maximum of 5 hours on-site and finish the rest in my art studio.

Yes, I bring all of my painting supplies with me. All I require from my clients is to provide me a decent spot at the venue, not too much in the way of the guests but close enough that the guests can enjoy watching me paint. If it is an outdoor event, I would appreciate a tent/roof over me to protect the artwork from any possible damage. I am flexible with moving my set-up to another location.

I use many art supplies to paint your beautiful day! Some of them are stretched canvas, portable easel, and acrylic paint which dries very fast ensuring timely delivery.

No, the painting is not framed but stretched canvases are ready to hang. It is possible to get the canvas framed by a professional framing service.

Let's Chat – After you fill out the live art questionnaire, we’ll schedule a meeting to discuss your event and get to know each other better.
Tailored Proposal – Based on your event requirements, I’ll send you a personalized quotation, along with the contract and invoice for your review.
Booking Confirmation – Once the contract is signed and a 50% advance of the invoice is paid, I’ll secure your date and time in my calendar.
Final Check-Up – One month before your event, we’ll have a follow-up meeting to finalize any last-minute details.
Event Day – On the day of your event, I’ll arrive a few minutes early to set up. You’ll need to provide a table with two chairs for me to work from. Guests will take turns posing in front of my camera, and I’ll create their portraits/illustrations in the order they visit my booth.
Artwork Display – As I complete each artwork, I’ll display it on the table for your guests to collect as they leave.

You can add the bride & groom’s names, guests names, event date, venue name in handwritten calligraphy or as printed stickers.
You can even request any custom venue or floral details to be added in the background.
All custom details except for the guest names will be added ahead of your event day to ensure timely delivery on the day-of.

All I require from my clients is to provide me with a table and 2 chairs in a decent spot at the venue, not too much in the way of the guests but close enough that the guests can enjoy watching me paint. A 6 foot table is appreciated, but I am flexible with the size of the table.
If it is an outdoor event, I would appreciate a tent/roof over me to protect the artwork from any possible damage. I am flexible with moving my set-up to another location.

I use many art supplies to paint your beautiful guests! Some of them are high quality watercolor papers, watercolor paints, water-soluble markers and color pencils.

It is possible to add-on paper sleeves or frames. I can even get custom handbags for the frames to be carried in.
